• Sharing your account with anyone else, or using an account on another person’s behalf, is completely not allowed.

These rules apply to every bet you place on DREAMJILI:

• A bet that’s already confirmed can’t be changed or cancelled, unless DREAMJILI gives you a "Cash Out" option at that point.
• Live betting odds shift in real time. The odds locked in when your bet is confirmed are the ones that count.
• When a match is cancelled or pushed back, your stake is generally refunded, though some events may carry their own rules.
• If a technical error blocks your bet from being processed, DREAMJILI has the right to void that bet.
• Your account needs enough balance before you can place any bet.
• Placing bets on different outcomes of the same match to lock in a profit (arbitrage betting) is strictly forbidden.

DREAMJILI watches for unusual betting behavior and may investigate anything suspicious. During an active investigation, we may temporarily suspend your account.

• Cash-outs are processed back to the exact same payment method and under the same account name you used for your initial deposit. Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure your registered name matches your bank account or e-wallet details.

• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or other technical vulnerabilities in the DREAMJILI platform to gain an unfair edge over other players.
• Managing or running an account for anyone below the legal gaming age of 21.
• Harassing other players or acting in a way that harms any member of the community.
• Pretending to be DREAMJILI personnel or giving out false details about who you are.

DREAMJILI can suspend an account for a short time or permanently in these cases:

• If you breach any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• When KYC checks reveal that your details are incorrect or some information is missing.
• If an account has had no activity for more than a year (12 months).
• When we are directed to do so by a court or an authorized government body.
